Refund policy

At AIMSLAB Ltd., returns and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws.
1. Right to Cancel (14 Days)
If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting:

2. Return Authorization Required (RA#)
Before returning any product, you must contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
We will provide you with:
- a return authorization number (RA#), and
- the correct return address and instructions.
Returns sent without an RA# may not be accepted.
3. Return Deadline
After notifying us of cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
You may handle and inspect the product as you would in a physical store.
We may reduce the refund if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Where possible, returns should include all items originally supplied with the order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photo evidence to assess the issue.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
7. Refund Scope
If you cancel within the 14-day legal period, we will refund the full purchase price of the product.
We offer a standard delivery option free of charge. As no shipping fee is paid for standard delivery, no delivery cost is refundable in such cases.
If you selected an upgraded delivery service (such as express shipping), the additional cost of that service is non-refundable.
The following are not refundable:
- return shipping costs,
- any upgraded delivery services (including express shipping),
- fees charged by banks or payment providers.
8. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
You are responsible for ensuring that returned goods reach us.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
9. Faulty Goods
If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
10. Affiliate Orders
Orders placed via affiliate links are subject to a 45-day verification period for commission purposes.
If an order is refunded, the associated affiliate commission will not be payable.
11. Customs Refusals and Returned International Shipments
If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, import taxes, failure to complete customs clearance, or failure to provide required import information, AIMSLAB Ltd. reserves the right to deduct all related costs from any refund.
These costs may include, but are not limited to:
- original shipping costs,
- return shipping costs,
- customs duties and taxes,
- carrier handling fees,
- storage fees,
- disposal or destruction fees.
If the shipment is destroyed, abandoned, or otherwise unrecoverable, no refund may be issued.
12. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected.
AIMSLAB Ltd. reserves the right to deny or reduce a refund if returned products are damaged, incomplete, excessively used, altered, or returned in a condition inconsistent with reasonable inspection and handling.
13. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be refused in situations including, but not limited to:
- refused deliveries,
- unclaimed shipments,
- failure to pay customs duties or taxes,
- incorrect shipping information provided by the customer,
- products damaged after delivery,
- returns sent without authorization (RA#).
