This Shipping Policy explains how AIMSLAB Ltd. handles order processing, shipping methods, delivery estimates, tracking, and shipping-related matters for orders placed through our website.
1. Shipping Origin
Orders may be shipped from Hungary or the United States, depending on product availability, logistics, and operational considerations.
AIMSLAB Ltd. reserves the right to determine the shipping origin at its sole discretion. If a product is not available in a regional warehouse, it may be shipped from another location, including its country of origin.
2. Shipping Availability
We offer worldwide shipping, subject to operational, legal, and logistical constraints.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (1 business day).
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch the order and does not include transit time.
4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We use trusted international shipping carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS, depending on the destination and logistics requirements.

5. Shipping Charges
All orders are shipped using our tracked worldwide shipping service for USD 9.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges
All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or similar charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
These charges are determined by the destination country’s authorities and are outside the control of AIMSLAB Ltd.
AIMSLAB Ltd. does not collect, calculate, or prepay any customs-related charges on behalf of the customer.
The customer is responsible for complying with all import regulations and for paying any required fees in order to receive the shipment.
If a shipment is delayed, held, or refused due to customs procedures, unpaid charges, or missing information, AIMSLAB Ltd. is not responsible for any resulting delays, costs, or losses.
If a shipment is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges or failure to complete import procedures, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable shipping, return, and handling costs from any applicable refund.
7. Shipping Restrictions and Exceptions
AIMSLAB Ltd. reserves the right to refuse, delay, or modify shipment at its discretion in cases including, but not limited to:
- geopolitical risks (including war, sanctions, or restricted regions),
- carrier limitations or disruptions,
- unusually remote or high-risk delivery locations,
- incorrect or incomplete address information.
Where necessary, we may request additional shipping fees or propose alternative delivery arrangements.
8. Tracking Information
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number by email.
9. Lost Shipments
If your shipment appears to be lost, please contact us at:

We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
If a shipment is confirmed by the carrier as permanently lost in transit, AIMSLAB Ltd. will, at its discretion, either provide a replacement shipment or issue an appropriate refund after the carrier investigation has been completed.
10. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If an error is identified before shipment, we will attempt to update the address.
After shipment, we may attempt to request an address correction with the carrier, but this cannot be guaranteed.
AIMSLAB Ltd. is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
11. Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.
12. Refused, Abandoned, or Unclaimed Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery, abandons the shipment, fails to pay import charges, fails to provide required customs information, or does not claim the shipment within the carrier’s required timeframe, the shipment may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authorities.
In such cases, the customer remains fully responsible for all resulting costs, including but not limited to:
- original shipping costs,
- return shipping costs,
- customs duties and taxes,
- carrier handling fees,
- storage fees,
- disposal or destruction fees.
These amounts may be deducted from any refund or charged separately if necessary.
If the shipment is destroyed, abandoned, or otherwise unrecoverable, no refund may be issued.
13. Carrier Delays and Customs Delays
AIMSLAB Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, security inspections, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Estimated delivery times are non-binding and provided for informational purposes only.
14. Force Majeure
AIMSLAB Ltd. shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, sanctions, strikes, pandemics, customs restrictions, transportation disruptions, power outages, governmental actions, or carrier interruptions.
15. Right to Cancel or Refuse Shipment
AIMSLAB Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, refuse, delay, or suspend any shipment at its sole discretion where necessary for legal, operational, security, fraud-prevention, customs, or logistical reasons.
In such cases, the customer will be notified and, where appropriate, refunded according to the circumstances of the order.
