Cancellation policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled for purchases made through the AIMSLAB Ltd. website, including one-time product purchases and EWR subscriptions.

1. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • one-time product purchases;
  • EWR subscriptions (EWR mobile application and the EWR Live online platform at live.egelywheel.com);
  • purchases of the Vitality Pack, which includes a one-year complimentary EWR subscription.

2. Cancellation of Product Orders Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.

If cancelled before shipment, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid at checkout, including:

  • the product price; and
  • any shipping charges included in the order total.

This does not include any fees charged by banks, card issuers, or payment providers.

3. Cancellation of Product Orders After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

In such cases, the order will be handled in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.

4. EWR Subscription Term

The EWR application is offered as a one-year subscription.

One subscription provides access to both platforms — the EWR mobile application and EWR Live — under a single account. Platform availability and device compatibility are described in our Terms of Service.

5. Complimentary Subscription (Vitality Pack)

The Vitality Pack includes a one-year complimentary EWR subscription.

At the end of this period, the subscription will automatically renew for another one-year term unless cancelled prior to renewal.

6. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

The applicable subscription fee is charged at the time of renewal.

7. How to Cancel an EWR Subscription

Subscriptions may be cancelled:

  • through the customer account or subscription management portal; or
  • by contacting us at info@egelywheel.com.

8. When Cancellation Takes Effect

If cancelled through the website or subscription portal, cancellation takes effect immediately.

If cancellation is requested by email, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 72 hours).

Cancellation prevents the next automatic renewal but does not terminate the current subscription period.

9. Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, access to the EWR subscription continues until the end of the current paid or complimentary subscription period.

Access ends automatically when that period expires.

10. Subscription Refunds

No refunds are provided for subscription periods that have already been charged or started.

This includes renewal charges once processed.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
