These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this website and any related services, products, applications, subscriptions, and affiliate program operated by AIMSLAB Ltd.

By accessing this website, purchasing any product, creating an account, using the EWR application or the EWR Live online platform, purchasing a subscription, or participating in the Spiritual Maker affiliate program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use this website or any related services.

  • Vitality Indicator

  • Vitality Pack

Product availability may vary and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

4. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • violate any applicable law;
  • engage in fraud, abuse, or misuse;
  • misrepresent your identity;
  • interfere with website operation;
  • infringe intellectual property rights.

5. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by AIMSLAB Ltd.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • logistical or shipping constraints;
  • high-risk destinations;
  • suspected fraud or abuse;
  • incorrect or incomplete information.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to change pricing, shipping costs, and subscription fees at any time.

7. Shipping

Shipping, delivery estimates, and related conditions are governed by our separate Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which reflects your statutory rights under applicable law.

9. Product Use and Disclaimer

Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

No health, medical, or therapeutic claims are made.

Any statements regarding energy, vitality, or performance are subjective and may vary between individuals.

All products are provided for personal, experimental, and general wellness or entertainment purposes only.

Use of the products is at your own risk and discretion.

Use of the website, products, services, and application is at your own risk.

10. EWR Application, EWR Live and Subscription

Use of the EWR application and subscription services is also governed by our Subscription Policy.

The EWR subscription provides access to both platforms with a single subscription: the EWR mobile application and the EWR Live online platform available at live.egelywheel.com. EWR Live is operated by AIMSLAB Ltd. and is governed by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, including with respect to the handling of your account and measurement data.

10.1 Single User License

Each subscription is for one user only, covers both platforms under a single account, and may not be shared or transferred.

10.2 Platform

The EWR application is available via iOS and Android. The EWR Live platform is browser-based and is designed for use with recent versions of supported browsers — such as Google Chrome on desktop and Android, or a Web Bluetooth–capable browser (for example Bluefy) on iOS.

Platform compatibility. Connecting an Egely Wheel device requires Bluetooth and depends on your device, operating system, browser, and settings — factors outside our control. While we aim to support the platforms listed above, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or browser, and we accept no liability where you are unable to connect to or use a particular platform due to compatibility or interoperability issues with your device or software. This does not affect your statutory rights.

10.3 Subscription and Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically on a yearly basis unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

10.4 Bundle Trial

The Vitality Pack includes a one-year complimentary subscription covering both platforms.

After this period, the subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

10.5 Cancellation

Subscriptions may be managed or cancelled through the customer account or via the subscription management portal, or by contacting us at info@egelywheel.com.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not terminate the current paid period.

10.6 No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable once charged or activated.

11. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to AIMSLAB Ltd.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

13. Spiritual Maker Affiliate Program

The Spiritual Maker affiliate program is operated by AIMSLAB Ltd. and forms part of these Terms.

13.1 Affiliate Eligibility

To participate in the affiliate program, partners must own an Egely Wheel.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate application or membership at our sole discretion, including for brand protection reasons.

Affiliate participation may be revoked if an account, platform, or content includes:

  • offensive or inappropriate material;
  • misleading or false claims;
  • unlawful content;
  • content inconsistent with our brand values.

We also reserve the right to terminate affiliate participation in cases of inactivity or lack of communication.

13.2 Commission Structure

Affiliate commissions are paid according to the following performance tiers:

  • Advocate: USD 50 per sale
  • Pro: USD 70 per sale (automatically upgraded after 5 verified sales)
  • Ambassador: USD 100 per sale (by invitation or manual review)

Commissions are earned exclusively on the sale of:

  • Egely Wheel
  • Vitality Pack

13.3 Tracking and Attribution

Affiliate tracking is managed through the UpPromote platform.

The cookie duration is 45 days. A sale is attributed to an affiliate if the purchase occurs within 45 days of the initial referral.

Commission attribution and eligibility are determined at the sole discretion of AIMSLAB Ltd.

13.4 Verification and Payouts

Each sale is subject to a 45-day verification period to account for shipping and any applicable return period.

Commissions are processed after the verification period, subject to review and approval.

We reserve the right to delay payouts where additional verification is required.

Affiliates are solely responsible for their own tax obligations. Where applicable, affiliates must issue a valid invoice for commissions. AIMSLAB Ltd. reserves the right to withhold payments until all required documentation is received.

There is no minimum payout threshold.

Affiliate payouts are issued in USD via:

  • Wise
  • PayPal

A 5% transaction and processing fee may be deducted from payouts.

13.5 Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates may not:

  • make false or misleading claims;
  • misuse our brand, trademarks, or materials;
  • promote our products in unlawful or deceptive ways;
  • present themselves as acting on behalf of AIMSLAB Ltd. without authorization;
  • create content that is offensive or inconsistent with our brand values;
  • use spam, unsolicited messaging, bots, or automated tools;
  • engage in fraudulent practices, including cookie stuffing or artificial traffic;
  • earn commissions on their own purchases or self-referrals;
  • make claims related to medical, health, or guaranteed outcomes.

We reserve the right to withhold, deny, reduce, reverse, or cancel commissions where abuse, fraud, invalid attribution, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

13.6 Platform and Compliance

The affiliate program is administered through the UpPromote platform.

By participating, affiliates agree to comply with:

Affiliates must provide accurate and up-to-date information and keep their account details current.

13.7 Paid Advertising and Brand Protection

Affiliates may not use paid advertising, keyword bidding, or search ads involving our brand names, trademarks, or product names without prior written permission.

This includes any form of brand bidding.

Violation may result in:

  • removal from the program;
  • forfeiture of commissions;
  • reversal of attributed sales;
  • additional enforcement actions.

13.8 Independent Relationship

Affiliates act as independent parties. Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

UpPromote acts solely as a tracking platform. Commission decisions remain under the control of AIMSLAB Ltd.

We reserve the right to take any action necessary to protect our business, brand, and customers.

13.9 Content Usage and Ambassador Requirement

As a condition of participation in the Ambassador tier, affiliates agree that AIMSLAB Ltd. may use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and promote any content created by the affiliate that features or relates to our products, including but not limited to photos, videos, social media content, and testimonials.

This includes use on:

  • the website;
  • landing pages;
  • advertising materials;
  • social media platforms;
  • email marketing;
  • any other promotional or commercial use;
  • paid advertising on third-party platforms.

By participating in the affiliate program and/or accepting Ambassador status, the affiliate grants AIMSLAB Ltd. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such content for marketing and business purposes.

Affiliates acknowledge and agree that:

  • no additional compensation is required for such use beyond affiliate commissions;
  • content may be edited, cropped, adapted, or combined with other materials;
  • content may be used with or without attribution.

If an affiliate does not agree to these terms, they may not qualify for or remain in the Ambassador tier.

AIMSLAB Ltd. is not obligated to use any content and may remove or discontinue use at any time.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIMSLAB Ltd. shall not be liable for any:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  • loss of profits, revenue, or business;
  • shipping delays, customs issues, or carrier failures;
  • product expectations or user outcomes;
  • technical issues or service interruptions.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, block transactions, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or risk.

16. Website Changes

We may modify or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

17. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
