Telekinesis For Beginners

Telekinesis isn’t just about knocking over a glass of water, or sliding your phone across the table, into your hand. In most cases, it’s more about making the chances, of an object doing something in your favour, increase.

It might seem far-fetched to think that there are people out there who can move objects with their minds. Telekinesis isn’t just about knocking over a glass of water, or sliding your phone across the table into your hand.

In most cases, it’s more about increasing the chances of an object doing something in your favour. Some people would call it luck, but the truth of the matter is that those with telekinesis are simply manipulating objects around them to create situations that are in their favour.

Telekinesis or Psychokinesis

You’ve probably heard these words before and wondered if they were two different things. If you’re not looking too closely, then no, they’re no different from each other. After all, they’re both about using your mind to manipulate your surroundings, whether it’s objects, the air, electricity, or fire.

Psychokinesis includes telekinesis, hydrokinesis, electrokinesis, cyrokinesis, pyrokinesis and aerokinesis.
Psychokinesis includes telekinesis, hydrokinesis, electrokinesis, cyrokinesis, pyrokinesis and aerokinesis.

However, if you do want to look more deeply into the subject, then you need to understand that psychokinesis is the basis of all powers, and telekinesis falls under that umbrella.

So, if you’re looking at psychokinesis, you’re looking at everything like pyrokinesis, electrokinesis, aerokinesis, and telekinesis.

Before You Practice…

Remember, everything takes time, even developing your telekinetic powers takes time and practice. It isn’t about making something move, but about being in tune with the objects around you. It’s about recognising the energy flow between you and the object you’re focused on and manipulating it so you can move the object like a third arm or leg.

If you don’t immediately see results, don’t worry. As you continue to practice and develop your techniques, you’ll eventually find yourself manipulating the objects around you. That doesn’t mean you’ll be able to lift a glass of water off the table, but you will have the power to will a certain situation to swing in your favour, like the roll of the dice or the flip of a coin.

You should also practice meditation to help you begin your telekinesis practice, so that your mind can be in the right place. If you don’t, you might not be able to concentrate on your practice, and you’ll constantly find yourself starting over again. Try meditating with crystals to help you focus on the energy flows around you.

Start Small

When you begin your practice, make sure you start with something small and light, like a small sheet of paper or a feather, and concentrate on it as much as you can. The more you concentrate, the more you’ll be able to connect with the object. Visualise the energy around you and the object and use that energy to connect with it. Eventually you’ll be able to visualise yourself moving that object, like a third arm.

Keep practicing until you can safely move on to bigger objects, like a coin or a die. Remember, these things take time and practice, and it can be months or even years before you start seeing the results you want. So even if you can’t manipulate the objects around you yet, you eventually will, if you continue to practice.
