2. Turn on your Bluetooth Egely Wheel and press “Connect” in the top-right corner. One tap in the browser dialog and the header shows Egely Wheel connected. You’re paired.

3. Tap the “+” button in the bottom-right corner and choose “Solo Measurement”.
4. Name your measurement and pick a duration. The name travels with the video, so make it a hook — “Morning breathwork test” beats “test 3”. Duration runs from 30 seconds to 10 minutes; 1–2 minutes is the social-media sweet spot.
5. In the “Record yourself” box, choose “With camera” and allow camera and microphone access. A live, mirrored preview appears — keep your face inside the bright frame: that exact strip is what your share video will show. Position the wheel so viewers can see it too.
