The Genius – Europe International Exhibition of Inventions, Works of Fine and Applied Arts brought together inventors, researchers, and artists to showcase innovative ideas at the intersection of science, technology, and creative work. The exhibition served as an international platform where technological innovation and artistic creativity were presented side by side. The 2004 event featured 358 Hungarian inventions, 58 Hungarian industrial and fine artists, and the participation of several international organizations. Collective exhibitions representing 16 countries were also presented, highlighting the growing international collaboration in innovation and applied arts. At the exhibition, Dr. George Egely and Dr. Magdolna Dús received the Gold Genius Award for the Vitality Meter. The award recognized the originality of their work and its contribution to research exploring human vitality and energy-related phenomena.
